New support program aims to ease lung cancer survivors' transition to surveillance

Summary
This study tests a new program to help adults with lung cancer improve their quality of life after finishing cancer treatment. About 21 people will take part to see if the program is practical and acceptable. The goal is to support patients as they move from active treatment to regular check-ups.
