Summary

This study tests whether a gentle electrical current applied to the head can improve sleep in people with insomnia. Researchers will measure brain activity changes using MRI scans and sleep questionnaires. 100 adults diagnosed with insomnia disorder will participate, but those on certain medications or with other sleep disorders are excluded.
