Summary
This study is testing a new training program designed to teach medical residents better skills for counseling patients about weight management. It will compare two groups of first-year residents: one receiving the new multi-part training and another receiving standard educational materials. The main goal is to see if the new program improves the residents' counseling skills and how often they use these skills with their patients over 18 months.
