Summary
This study is testing a new training program designed to teach medical residents how to better counsel their patients about weight management. It will compare two groups of first-year residents over 18 months: one group gets the new multi-part training, while the other gets standard educational materials. The main goal is to see which training method is more effective at improving the doctors' counseling skills and whether they use these skills with their patients.
