First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two experimental drugs, TQ05105 and TQB3909, in 21 adults with moderate- to high-risk myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow disorder. The goal was to see if the drugs could safely shrink an enlarged spleen and improve symptoms. The trial was terminated early, so final results are not available.
