First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs (rhTPO and hetrombopag) can safely and quickly raise platelet counts in cancer patients whose platelets drop too low after chemotherapy. About 100 adults with low platelets will receive the combo until their counts improve. The goal is to reduce bleeding and the need for platelet transfusions.
