Summary
This study looks at whether giving a child a toy to hold while they get up and move after abdominal surgery can lower their pain and fear. About 74 children aged 4 to 10 will take part. One group will get a toy to support their incision site during movement, while the other group gets standard care. Nurses will measure pain and fear before and after the walk.
