Summary
This study tests whether injecting numbing medicine near the femoral artery can reverse high blood pressure caused by a tourniquet during ankle surgery. About 40 adults aged 18-75 having total ankle replacement will participate. The goal is to see if this injection safely lowers blood pressure and reduces pain and opioid use.
