Summary
This study is testing a drug called toripalimab, which helps the immune system fight cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific gene changes (POLE or POLD-1) but not high microsatellite instability. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and improve survival. About 35 adults who have not responded to standard treatments will take part.
