Summary
This study tests a drug called toripalimab, which helps the immune system fight cancer. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific gene changes (POLE or POLD-1) but not high microsatellite instability. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the cancer for as long as possible.
