Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug toripalimab to standard chemotherapy and radiation can help people with large, hard-to-treat lung cancer. About 50 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control and to check for side effects.
