New acne gel shows promise in Head-to-Head face study

Summary
This study tests a new topical gel containing spironolactone against a standard acne treatment (adapalene) in 40 people with mild to moderate acne. Each participant will apply the spironolactone gel to one side of their face and the adapalene gel to the other side, allowing a direct comparison. The goal is to see which treatment works better and is safer for reducing acne lesions.
