First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether a medicated eye drop called netarsudil can prevent harmful scar tissue from forming after surgery for a detached retina. About 48 adults who need retinal detachment repair will receive the drops before and after surgery. The main goals are to measure how much drug reaches the back of the eye and to check for side effects.
