Summary
This study tests a cream made from diacerein, a drug used for arthritis, in 60 adults with mild psoriasis. Participants apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 2 months. The goal is to see if it reduces skin redness, scaling, and thickness. Follow-up continues for one month after treatment ends.
