Summary
This study tested whether a Colgate toothpaste with 5% hydrogen peroxide whitens teeth better than a toothpaste without hydrogen peroxide. It involved 80 healthy adults who used the assigned toothpaste for one week. Researchers measured changes in tooth color using a standard dental shade guide to see which formula worked better.
