Summary
This study tested whether a special toothpaste and mouthwash could quickly reduce tooth sensitivity in people with receding gums. 100 participants were randomly assigned to use either the toothpaste or the mouthwash for just 30 seconds. Researchers measured their tooth sensitivity before and immediately after the single use to see if it provided fast pain relief.
