Quick relief for sensitive teeth? new study tests 30-Second fix
NCT ID NCT07057141
Summary
This study tested whether a special toothpaste and mouthwash could quickly reduce tooth sensitivity in people with receding gums. One hundred adults were randomly assigned to use either the toothpaste or the mouthwash for just 30 seconds. Researchers measured their tooth sensitivity and pain levels immediately before and after the single use to see if either product provided fast relief.
