Dental showdown: which tooth cap lasts longer after root canal?

Summary
This study tests two different dental repairs for large holes in teeth after root canal treatment. About 246 people with treated premolars will get either a modified endocrown or a post and crown. Researchers will check how well each repair holds up over two years using X-rays and dental exams.
