Root canal showdown: which medicine kills more bacteria and eases pain?

Summary
This study tests two different medicines placed inside infected teeth to see which one better kills bacteria and reduces pain after a root canal. About 52 adults with a single infected tooth will receive one of the two medicines. The goal is to find which treatment leads to less pain and fewer germs.
