This study will follow 1,550 adults with various neurological autoimmune diseases—like multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, and autoimmune encephalitis—to see how these conditions progress and respond to treatments in everyday medical practice. Researchers will measure disability, relapse rates, and side effects over time. The goal is to gather real-world data that can help improve treatment strategies and long-term outcomes.
