This study tested the drug tofacitinib in 20 adults with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) or Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN), rare and severe skin reactions. The main goal was to see how quickly the skin healed completely. Researchers also tracked hospital stays, deaths, side effects, and eye complications. The study was completed and provides early safety and effectiveness data.
