First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding tocotrienol (a compound related to vitamin E) to standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab can help people with metastatic colorectal cancer. About 83 participants will receive either tocotrienol or a placebo for up to six months. The main goal is to see if more patients stay progression-free at six months, while also checking for side effects and overall survival.
