First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding tocotrienol (a compound related to vitamin E) to standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab can help control metastatic colorectal cancer better and cause fewer side effects. About 83 adults with advanced colon or rectal cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either tocotrienol or a placebo for up to six months. The main goal is to see how many patients are still alive without their cancer getting worse after six months.
