Summary

This study tests whether tocilizumab, a drug used for arthritis, can improve symptoms and breathing in adults with a rare form of dermatomyositis (anti-MDA5+). About 110 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo every two weeks for two months. The goal is to see if it helps control the disease and reduces lung complications.
