Summary
This study is testing a program to help cancer survivors and their family members or caregivers quit using tobacco or nicotine products. The program includes personalized support for quitting and training for healthcare providers on how to talk to patients about tobacco use. About 204 participants will take part to see how well the program reaches and helps people.
