Summary
This early-phase study tested whether adding a TNF-blocker (infliximab or certolizumab) to standard immunotherapy (nivolumab + ipilimumab) is safe for people with advanced melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed. 33 adults aged 18–70 took part. The main goal was to find the best dose and check for serious side effects.
