First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether a gentle magnetic pulse to the brain (TMS) combined with language therapy can improve word-finding in people who have trouble speaking after a stroke. About 50 adults who had a left-brain stroke at least one month ago will take part. The goal is to see if this combination helps them name objects more accurately.
