New drug targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called TLN-372 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how well it fights tumors, both alone and with other cancer drugs. About 240 adults with measurable disease and good organ function are being recruited.
