Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TL118 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (NTRK gene fusion). The goal is to see if TL118 can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 60 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will measure how well it works and monitor for side effects.
