Summary
This early-phase study tests TJ101, an experimental antibody-drug conjugate, in 200 adults with advanced solid tumors (lung, prostate, esophageal, and others) who have no standard options left. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. Participants receive intravenous infusions and are closely monitored for side effects and treatment response.
