Summary
This study looked at two techniques—tissue flossing and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—to see which one better relieves hamstring tightness in young women aged 18-25. Sixty participants each tried both methods on different days, and a physiotherapist measured their flexibility and knee motion right after. The goal was to find which technique gives faster, more effective relaxation of tight muscles.
