First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a lab-grown corneal graft made from human cells to treat mild to moderate corneal disease. About 30 adults with conditions like Fuchs' dystrophy or post-surgery damage will receive the graft. The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve vision without needing a donor cornea.
