Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a diabetes medication, can improve blood sugar and lower triglycerides in adults with partial lipodystrophy—a rare condition causing abnormal fat loss. About 32 participants will receive either tirzepatide or standard care for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps by reducing calorie intake.
