Summary

This study tests the weight-loss drug tirzepatide in young adults aged 18-26 with Prader-Willi syndrome, hypothalamic obesity, or general obesity. Participants take the medication for one year to see how much weight they lose and how other health measures change. The goal is to see if the drug works as well in these rare conditions as it does in general obesity.
