Summary
This study will test the safety and effectiveness of the drug tirzepatide (Spartina) for weight loss in 15 adults with chronic kidney failure who also have diabetes or a BMI over 27. The goal is to see if this medication can help manage weight and blood sugar while avoiding side effects of other diabetes drugs. The study is not yet recruiting.
