NCT ID NCT06784947

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (tiragolumab, atezolizumab, and bevacizumab) in 13 people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to prior treatment and is microsatellite stable (a type that typically does not respond to immunotherapy alone). The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and how safe it is. Participants receive the drugs and are monitored with scans and lab tests.
