Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (tiragolumab and atezolizumab) plus chemotherapy in people with triple negative breast cancer. It includes two groups: those with early-stage cancer and those with advanced cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and effective at shrinking tumors or stopping them from growing.
