Summary
This study tests whether migraine medications can reduce the impact of sudden tinnitus (ringing in the ears) in 100 adults aged 25 to 85. Participants will take the drugs and report changes in how much tinnitus bothers them, using a standard questionnaire. Brain scans will also look for any changes linked to treatment. The goal is to ease symptoms, not cure the condition.
