Summary
This study tests if a new treatment combining mild ear nerve stimulation with personalized music can better ease chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears) than standard therapy. About 386 adults aged 18-70 with bothersome tinnitus for at least 6 months will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this combo reduces tinnitus-related distress and improves quality of life over a year.
