Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called umPEALUT can help people with tinnitus, a condition where you hear sounds that aren't there. The idea is that inflammation in the ear or brain causes the ringing, and umPEALUT may reduce that inflammation. The study will involve 100 adults with tinnitus who have not taken any treatment for at least 30 days.
