Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called umPEALUT can help reduce tinnitus (ringing in the ears) by calming inflammation in the ear and brain. About 100 adults with tinnitus will take the supplement and report changes in their symptoms. The goal is to see if targeting neuroinflammation offers a new way to ease this common and often stressful condition.
