First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests two simple, drug-free treatments for people with long-term tinnitus (ringing in the ears). 45 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either vagus nerve stimulation (a mild electrical pulse on the ear), myofascial release exercises (gentle muscle stretches), or standard care. The goal is to see which approach better reduces tinnitus severity and improves sleep.
