Summary

This study tests two non-invasive treatments for chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears) that hasn't improved with standard care. 45 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either vagus nerve stimulation, myofascial release exercises, or usual care. The goal is to see which approach better reduces tinnitus severity and improves sleep.
