Summary
This study looked at whether giving a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy at a specific time of day helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. 210 adults who had not received prior treatment took part. The goal was to see if timing the treatment could improve how well it works.
