Summary
This study tests whether eating all meals within a 6-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) can help overweight adults lose body fat, boost metabolism, and improve heart health over 12 weeks. It also compares a strict daily schedule to a version where weekends are normal. Participants must be 18-65, have a BMI of 26 or higher, and be free of heart disease or diabetes.
