NCT ID NCT07574177
First seen May 07, 2026 ยท Last updated May 07, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether eating all meals within a 6-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) can help overweight adults lose body fat, improve metabolism, and boost heart health over 12 weeks. It also compares a daily schedule to one where weekends are normal eating. About 60 adults aged 18-65 with a BMI of 26 or higher, who are otherwise healthy, will participate. Results will show if this simple eating pattern is effective and easy to stick with.
