Morning may matter: new trial tests timing of immunotherapy for melanoma

NCT ID NCT07155317

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) in the morning works better than giving them later in the day. The goal is to see if timing can improve how well the treatment works and help more people live longer. About 99 participants will be randomly assigned to morning, afternoon, or evening treatment.
