NCT ID NCT07183852

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a treatment that uses immune cells taken from a patient's own tumor to fight metastatic melanoma. The cells are grown in a lab and then given back to the patient either directly into the liver or through a vein. The study will check if this approach is safe and possible for 18 adults with advanced melanoma that has spread.
