Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose of a new cell therapy called OBX-115, given with a pill called acetazolamide. It is for adults with metastatic melanoma that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapies. The main goals are to check the safety of the treatment and see if it can help shrink tumors.
