First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) grown in a lab and then given back along with a drug called ANV419 to help them grow. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors. Only 10 participants will be enrolled.
